Home Description

Description of the home

The houseshare includes a fully furnished lounge and kitchen as well as an undercover balcony. The TV has all the major streaming platforms connected. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and plenty of cooking utensils.

It’s a flat about a medical facility so there’s hardly any disturbance from downstairs neighbours.

Sitting right on Bondi Road, we have access to several bus lines to the beach and into the city. Bondi Junction is only a 10 minute walk away with a Woolie Metro only a block away.

Within the vicinity there’s several cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Pilates studios, saunas, hyrox and gyms.

There is 2hr off street parking between 8am and 8pm however we do not have any parking permits available. 15minutes walk away there is unrestricted parking.

About occupants
Luke and I are a couple who share the other two rooms in the house with joining walls.

I am 30yo Australian from Perth but have live in Sydney for 6 years. I work from home in tech PR.

Luke is 32yo Englishman who move over in 2018. He works in construction waterproofing so is out by 6am most mornings.

We have both lived in share houses across our adult lives so are used to communal living. Our current flatmate is moving to Coogee with her boyfriend which means we are in need to fill her room.
Compatible people
We would like someone who is close to our age or late 20s. Ideally they would be out of the house during work hours or only wfh one day per week.

While we are happy to socialise we don’t expect to be in each others pockets. Late nights are welcome but respect is asked.
Description of pets
We don’t currently have any pets but looking forward to adopting a dog in the New Year.
