Beautiful and light 2 bedroom apartment with a sunroom in Bondi. The flat itself has wooden floorboards throughout, an art-deco feel with chandeliers, fully furnished, clean and tidy. Renovated but left with some character. It has 1 bathroom with a shower over bath, kitchen with gas stove and oven. Unlimited (almost) WiFi Internet. Washing machine inside the flat.
It's located in a quiet apartment block, ground floor (but above ground), 15 mins walk from the beach. It's also just a 2 min walk from the transport and shopping of Bondi Road and a 10 min walk to the hub of Bondi Junction. Buses are 2 mins away from Old South Head rd, or Bondi Rd.

I work full-time as a manager of a wellness cafe in Bondi. With a large interest in health and wellbeing, and personal development for the past 10 years, you could say I'm pretty cruisy and know myself pretty well. I also practice Reiki and teach workshops on cooking and meditation. You'll often see me preparing/cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and listening to beats or oldies classics. There'll always be some raw treat kicking around in the fridge or freezer and cold pressed juice/smoothies from work to share. I enjoy yoga but I get outdoors often and hike in different national parks outside of Sydney and love exploring nature/ camping/ etc. I'm often out of the house at work or with friends, so there's plenty of time you'll have your own space. Would love to come home to someone likeminded I can have a good banter with over a tea though.

I'm looking for a housemate to see out the rest of the lease until January. Someone that is independent and likes their own space, but enjoys a friendly chat once in a while.
