The sunny room has a queen sized bed, storage, and movable wardrobe and you have space for a desk and chair as well! Comes fully furnished (at $350) you just need to bring your linens! Large bathroom with separate toilet shared with only one housemate. Plenty of bathroom storage.

Beautiful sunny apartment in an amazing location. Spacious living room with lots of plants, balcony overlooking Bondi Rd with a view of the ocean! The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit hasn't been updated but is still maintained well but be it is an older building and unit. We have been grandfathered into our lease by our very generous landlord so rent has hardly ever been raised. We try to be courteous, easy-going tenants.

5 min walk to Bondi Beach and Tamarama.
333 bus right outside the building.
Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Two lovely flatmates, a very relaxed, quiet household. We like to keep social activities out of the house to respect the peacefulness of the space. Looking for someone with a similar relaxed and respectful mindset. We keep the house tidy but don’t run a chore chart or have strict rules. We just take care of the house together and have a clean kitchen at the end of the day. We would love to have someone who loves this place as much as we have! Sorry room is not suitable for couples.

Looking to sell furniture in the room, priority given to those interested in taking the furniture. Which includes queen sized bed & mattress, and wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, a small bedside table and lamp. Selling $350 for everything.

In the city for uni most mornings or studying at home. When the schedule isn't totally booked, she'll be at the beach or the gym or catching up with friends on the costal walk.

We're very open to evening chats or morning coffee walks! Want you to feel at home! We’re both social in our own ways but both keep the gatherings out of the house. Want to keep this place a peaceful sanctuary for those who live here :)
