Gorgeous, spacious 2-bedroom + study apartment with private garden tucked away in a leafy quiet street, just 3 minutes to your local coffee spot.
This home feels like a semi, with exclusive use of a huge garden & entertaining areas. Inside, a beautiful kitchen overlooking the garden, gas stove, dishwasher, seperate lounge and high ceilings and timber floors throughout the house.
I have a small study connected to my room at the very far end of the house, away from kitchen and living areas - which means when I work from home I wouldn't bother you (and you would be welcome to set up a desk or work on the dining table if you want to WFH.

I live a very social but wholesome lifestyle. You’re more likely to find me up at 6am for a swim, walk, yoga or medi on the beach than coming home late (those days have long past), but I still do love the occasional; party, dance, festival. I am into hosting dinner parties at home every now and again, but you would always be welcome to join us.
I’m the CEO of a wellness company (think: organic skincare & medicinal tonics), so as you can imagine, I work a fair bit and I also travel at least one week per month, sometimes more (so you’ll often have the house to yourself).
I’m independent and looking for someone that’s similar, but in saying that, I’m always happy to share a meal or have a chat.
