Looking for a roommate to join my two-bedroom in the heart of Bondi.
Located in the quieter, leafy part of Hall Street, it is a short stroll away from all the bars & restaurants of Bondi, and a <10min walk to the beach. It is also 2min walk from the 379 Bus stop, going to Bondi Junction.
The apartment is recently renovated with fresh painting and floorings and is light-filled all day. It includes:
- Very large living room, including TV, wifi, lounge area, 8-seater table and a study area
- Private north-facing terrace giving on a huge garden
- Fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and all needed cutlery and utensils
- Large shared bathroom with a shower, a bath & toilet

On my free time, I am very active and like to spend time doing sports (running, swimming, lifesaving, gym), cooking, playing music and hanging out with friends.
I will be away abroad ~75% of the time for work, but when here, I enjoy a tidy and relaxed house. I enjoy good company and I am always open to share a drink or a dinner, and have guests over (although no parties are allowed).
