I hope this message finds you in great spirits! My name is Nathalia and I'm currently on the lookout for one flatmate to share with me and my housemate, Christian. This is 3 bed apartment is located in a premium area.

Unfortunately our lovely flatmate, Will, who has lived here for the past year and half has decided to move in with his friends. I am looking for someone that is in full time employment, who is clean and respectful to share with me and Christian.

A little about who you will be living with - Christian is a genuinely great guy you who travels consistently overseas for work, easy going, enjoys the gym and sometimes a surf.

And then there me - I work in Sales, travel for work from time to time. Chilled but mostly busy, enjoy reading, cooking sunsets and a glass of vino every now and then.

In terms of lifestyle, We strive to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. We are responsible and organised when it comes to shared spaces, and value open communication and mutual respect. While we enjoy occasional social gatherings, we also appreciate the need for personal space and privacy.

I am searching for people that can commit for long term 6 months minimum but am flexible for the right fit, ideal candidate is someone full-time employed looking for place to chill after work not a party house.

I'm looking to live with normal ppl that enjoys life, cares about their careers and has a good sense of humour. Someone that is full time employed respectful and likes to keep the house clean, no party animals! Preferably looking for someone that works out of home but the occasional one day per week absolutely fine. Age, race, gender or sexual orientation does not matter to us what matters is that you are respectful, responsible and pays rent on time, to share with me plus one.
