Room available in beautiful 2-bed Bondi apartment – 5min walk to the beach
Amazing location right in the heart of Bondi, surrounded by great cafes, bars and restaurants. Bondi Beach is only a 5-minute walk away and the 379 bus to Bondi Junction is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is bright and open with heaps of natural sunlight and relaxed beach shack vibes throughout. The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the front garden courtyard, which is perfect for a coffee or a drink after work.
The available bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has its own private balcony with distant views of the ocean. Large kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher.
Parking is available if needed (would increase rent slightly).

Bills: Split evenly (internet + electricity)
Looking for someone easygoing, clean and with their own life going on. Happy to have a chat or a beer occasionally, but it’s a relaxed home rather than a party house.
