This is a three bedroom cottage with a comfortable occupancy of 4 people. The attic room is rented to a lovely couple from the UK (Ben & Jamie) who are super sweet and calm.
We have two rooms coming available in Jan for either one couple or two individuals.

Bedroom 1 - Queen
Bedroom 2 - Kingsingle bed & wardrobe available Dec 17 or earlier if needed.
Bedroom 3 - Queen (large) TAKEN - large carpeted upstairs room with desk and shelves.

It is furnished and priced accordingly to accommodate a few site visits by contractors on occasion.

Cute cottage with two bedrooms downstairs and one up (steep) stairs

Near new kitchen and bathroom with bath tub
Gorgeous and safe community around.
Easy to get into the city or the beach.

I live nearby and come to the house to water plants, access my storage and maintain some areas.
