Please read the full description before messaging and tell me a little about yourself, your routine and why you think you would be a good fit for the home.
The room is available to one woman only. It is not suitable for couples, shared arrangements or someone looking to have a partner stay regularly.
I prefer a short-term arrangement initially. If we are a very good fit after a trial period, I would be open to discussing a longer stay.
This is a peaceful shared home, so it will best suit someone who enjoys a calm base and generally prefers to meet friends and partners out and about. Occasional visitors are fine, but the home is not suited to frequent overnight guests. The room cannot be sublet or offered to anyone else.
I am looking for someone who wants to be part of a home and will contribute to normal household responsibilities. This means cleaning up after yourself, helping to keep shared areas tidy and sharing routine household chores.
You must be a genuine cat lover. I run a small cat rescue, so there are always cats in the home and the number can fluctuate. I take full responsibility for feeding, caring for and cleaning up after the cats. You will not be expected to help with the rescue, but you must be comfortable living around several cats.
The room is ideal for someone looking for a quiet, calm and peaceful place to live. It suits someone who values home as a retreat while still enjoying the occasional shared meal, chat or cup of hot chocolate.

The home is an enormous, semi-style heritage-listed flat with generous living areas, a private courtyard and a shared backyard.
The fully furnished room includes:
• a queen bed with linen and doona
• two floor-to-ceiling double wardrobes
• a chest of drawers
• a bedside table and lamp
• full blockout blinds.
The room has recently been repainted and new window coverings have been installed.
The home has polished floorboards, high ceilings, original cornices and spacious living areas. The kitchen is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking and includes a gas stove and dishwasher.
There is also a washing machine, two outdoor washing lines and a dryer for rainy days.
The home is fully renovated and comfortably furnished. There is even a hammock in the backyard for relaxing.
Bondi Junction train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
Disney+, Prime Video, Netflix and unlimited internet are included.
This will suit a considerate, independent and tidy woman who genuinely wants a home rather than simply a room.

I love the water, yoga, cooking, reading (I was a journalist and stylist for 20 years) and curling up to a movie. I love a peaceful home and am looking for a flatmate who is wanting the same thing. I'm also pretty tidy so would love someone who also enjoys a home that is clean.
I'm into healthy living, animal rescue, surfing, swimming in the ocean, gardening, meditation, time in nature and time out, so think someone into the same things would be ideal. I have been lucky enough to meet some great friends through sharing over the years so I would like the trend to continue.
Looking for someone who lives a healthy lifestyle, is clean, reliable and loves what they do. I also have four cats so animal lovers are a must. The most important thing to me is the right fit, so we both feel completely at ease in the home.
