I’m Australian with a Maltese background. I’m easygoing, friendly, and down-to-earth, and I take pride in keeping a clean, relaxed, and respectful home environment 🏡✨
I’m a DJ and event host, so I’ll occasionally be working from home managing bookings, socials, emails, and content creation 🎧💻. I also have a small home studio setup in the living area where I prepare mixes, organise music, and occasionally livestream. For anyone wondering about noise, all of my livestreams are done internally through headphones, meaning there is no external audio output from the speakers during broadcasts. Everything is monitored through my headphones, so it’s a quiet setup that won’t disturb anyone in the house 🎧✅.
On weekends, I’m usually out in the evenings performing at gigs, but I’m always mindful and respectful when coming and going.
In my downtime, I like to stay active — whether that’s going for a walk, run, swim, or hitting the gym 💪. I also enjoy cooking (I’m known for my signature chicken & bacon fettuccine bosciola 🍝🔥). When I’m not working on music, I’m either watching movies, relaxing, or spending time with family 🎬.
I value a good balance between being social and respecting personal space. I enjoy having people over from time to time, but not every day — and I’m absolutely fine with housemates having guests too, as long as there’s communication and it’s not constant 👍.
For peace of mind, my previous housemate was female and I lived with her for 8 months with zero issues. I’m very respectful of boundaries and always keep things comfortable and appropriate. I see housemates as just that — housemates, and I believe in maintaining a respectful, drama-free living environment 🤝.
Just to be completely transparent, the apartment is currently on the market, so there are scheduled inspections approximately once a week. They’re generally well organised with notice given in advance, and I wanted to mention this upfront so there are no surprises.
The apartment is fully furnished, so all of the shared living spaces are ready to enjoy. The available bedroom itself is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own. There is also a fold-out sofa available if you need something to use while getting settled or arranging your own furniture.
