About the occupants
I'm Kyla, American in my 30's, been living in Sydney since 2012, I works part-time from home and part-time away. I loves to be outdoors and on the go. I enjoys kayaking, music, live entertainment, festivals, socializing, and my dog above all.

I have three bedrooms coming available up stairs. Currently the smaller room upstairs is occupied by Patrick. In his 50's from Sweden, he is riendly, calm, and clean. He works at sydney airport on shift work so his schedule changes but when hes home and not catching up on sleep, you can find him spending his time relaxing in the sunny garden, cooking in the kitchen, or on a call with family.

And finally the King of the house: The Doofus 4 year old Wolfhound Great Dane cross. Obsessed with food and always on the verge of starvation. Very kind and sensitive; he loves a cuddle nap. I strictly require him to never be fed by anyone other then me. Food is never to be left unattended and never give scraps or reward for begging. Mindfulness with closing gates to kitchen is a must for his safety as well as a condition of living here.

With the three new house mates I add, I am to create an open-minded househouse, full of community, respect, and consideration. Not a party house but I'm no stranger to the festival and party scenes. Let's keep the home a quiet and respectful space. If a party is arranged, it needs to be with full consent from all sharing the home.
Compatible people
Clean, reliable, social, community oriented, respectful, considerate, and noice conscious.
Smoking outside is fine although I would highly prefer non smokers.
Opened minded and LGBP friendly.
Due to my dog, ideal candidate would have a usual work schedule out of the home. I like to ensure things are properly secure for him before he's left alone. Too many times has it been a housemates fault thats he's eaten something deadly and cost me thousands at the vet. So someone who is working out of home on the regular would be ideal. Its not a deal breaker but it offers peace of mind
Description of pets
Doofus: 4yr old Wolfhound Great Dane cross.

Gorgeous gentle giant. House trained and very well behaved and clean. Zero tolerance of him being fed by anyone other then owners, especially when humans are eating. (Big no no)
Due to Doofus' breed and size, it is essential he has consistency to avoid prone stress and anxiety. Housemates desrespecting feedig rules and barrier gates will be asked to vacate. Doofus' safety is the number one priority in the house.
