The beach, coles, restaurants, multiple bus stops all under 800m from the apartment. Parking can be annoying if you drive at peak times but a spot is always found as someone is always leaving.
The room has a double bed and a light double dooner, as we as a lamp, study table and some additional storage along with the wardrobe cupboard.
Own main bathroom, with separate bath and shower.

The apartment is in a great location with the buzz and excitement of Bay Street just 300 meters away.
Bay Street is known for all the amazing food spots between multiple cafes, restaurants, a couple of bars and of course gelato Messina!
Grocery shopping is easy with coles also just down the road.
Lady Robinsons Beach is just 280 meters away.
There are at least 9 bus stops all within short walking distance.
With summer around the corner, the full brick building means the apartment stays cool.
A vintage style kitchen, fully equipped. No dishwasher unfortunately.
A separate private laundry in the garage with a top loader washing machine.

Gizmo is a 2 year old tuxedo, raggamuffin mix. He is a very well-behaved, clean kitty who is completely house trained and very quiet. More on the anxious side, he spends the bulk of his time in his big fluffy bed which stays in my room.
