🌊 Hii, I’m looking for someone who’d genuinely love calling this place home 🤗 It’s top floor, uninterrupted water views, and the sand literally across the road. There’s honestly something really special about living here.
From the couch you can watch planes glide in over the water, watch the sunrise over Botany Bay, and even see the moon rising at night. It never gets old 🥰
Coles is downstairs (1-minute walk), cafés are at your doorstep, and there’s a bus right outside, one straight to Randwick and another 30 seconds away to Rockdale Station (about 20 mins into the CBD). It’s such a good mix of beach calm and city convenience.
📌 The lease is month-to-month. I’m ideally looking for someone who’s comfortable with flexibility, however there are no immediate plans to move.

I’m very easygoing, active and social, but I definitely value my downtime too. I gym most days, dance a couple of nights a week, love Pilates and fitness classes, and I’m always up for a beach walk or spontaneous ocean dip. I’m into mindset and personal growth, and I really care about keeping the home feeling peaceful and supportive.
My friends would describe me as kind, supportive, neutral, gets along with everyone, and always willing to help.
Communication and mutual respect matter to me — no drama, just good energy 🤍
I’m social and friendly, but I also love my downtime, so it would be great to find someone who’s similar - independent, but happy to chat after work or occasionally watch something together. (Too Hot to Handle, Bridgerton, Emily in Paris are absolutely my vibe 😅)
