Looking for a beautiful home by the ocean? This place is honestly living the dream. We’re about 50 metres from the beach, so you can literally roll out of bed and be in the water before your morning coffee. The Ramsgate Beach as everything you could want, including cafés, restaurants, shops, parks, running tracks, an outdoor gym and super quick public transport. There’s free parking and you can get to the CBD in around 20 minutes.

The house is bright, breezy and full of natural light, with huge windows and ocean views that make every day feel like a holiday. The kitchen is massive and fully equipped if you love cooking, and the lounge area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The main bathroom is a beautiful art deco space with a handmade bathtub and a separate shower. There’s also a second bathroom attached to the master bedroom as well as a third toilet, so no queues in the morning.
Outside, we have lush gardens, fruit trees and a huge backyard that’s perfect for BBQs, outdoor dinners or sunset drinks. The house is fully furnished, but if you have something special you want to bring with you, we’re happy to talk about it.

Your room is big and stunning, filled with natural light and has big glass windows looking out over both the park and the ocean. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on what works best for you.
A bit about us. We’ve just said goodbye to our housemate who has taken off on an overseas adventure, which is sad for us but exciting for them. We’re two LGBTQIA+ guys who are super chill, good mates and have lived together before. We love cooking, gardening, staying active, having a drink, watching something together and generally creating a fun, warm and relaxed home. We’re tidy, respectful and environmentally conscious.

We’re looking for someone with similar vibes. Someone friendly, social, easygoing and ideally a working professional. Someone who wants a place that feels like a real home, not just a room. If you’re keen on the occasional shared meal, spontaneous beach swim, a movie night or the odd night out, you’ll fit right in.
Rent is $400 for Singles & $500 for couples/pw . Bills are included and come quarterly.

About El Rancho (the house)
Located on beachside frontage at Ramsgate Beach (Little Venice) on a mammoth block, hence the name, El Rancho is an older style but is massive and has been upgraded with all the mod cons. It is full of gorgeous character, spacious, and very comfortable. There is plenty of natural light throughout, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. (I'm in the ensuite and have my own bathroom) We have a huge backyard with fruit trees and open areas, perfect for entertaining, having a nap in the hammock, gardening, or playing outdoor games. The front yard is very lush with ocean views—perfect for a BBQ or a book and a cuppa. The house is fully furnished and tastefully curated with art and travel memories. It takes us less than 60 seconds to jump onto the beach. We are surrounded by beachside footpaths and parks, with plenty of public transport and parking (less than a minute's walk to the bus stop). We are also close to cafes, restaurants, and shops at Brighton-le-Sands. 30 minutes drive to the city and 15 to the airport.  Rockdale Plaza is 15 minutes away. Ramsgate Beach centre 5 minutes walk has IGA, restaurants and cafes.
