Nice, bright bedroom with a built in wardrobe and floorboards. Approximately 3m x 3.4m. Can either come with a queen bed or without! My last housemate was the busiest person ever so wasn’t home very much and didn’t really decorate the room - but it has heaps of potential!

There will be a room available in my 2 bed apartment in Bronte from around the 15th of August (move in date is flexible). The apartment is on the ground floor in a small block of four, and has direct access to a big backyard which I’m slowly sprucing up to be perfect for outdoor hangs. The kitchen is newly renovated, and there’s a large separate living room. The apartment is fully furnished and has all the modcons - dishwasher, robot vacuum cleaner, smart TV, coffee machine etc etc.

The location is amazing - It’s a 10 minute walk to Bronte Beach and 15 minutes to Clovelly. The 379 and 360 bus stops are 250 metres away, and it's a 10 minute ride to Bondi Junction. There is also plenty of untimed street parking, so no permit needed!

I lived in Melbourne for a few years but came back to Sydney post lockdowns to be closer to family. I love music, going to gigs, theatre and comedy, getting out in nature and traveling. I’m super social, but not a partier - more a dinner party or board games night kind of gal. I work from home a fair bit but have a little office set up in the sunroom off my bedroom, so won’t take up any communal spaces when I’m wfh :)

I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy so that it always feels cosy to come home to. Looking to live with someone similarly clean and respectful of the space. I’d also love a housemate who likes animals - I have a cat called Stella and look after a dog Poppy every few weeks. If you’re someone who loves animals and would be happy to help out occasionally (take Poppy for the odd walk, hang out with Stella if I’m away for the weekend) then I’d be happy to chat about reducing the rent a bit :)
Description of pets
Stella is an 8 year old cat who has the nature of a dog - cuddly, playful and very food motivated. Poppy is a Bordoodle who is almost 5 and I look after her every few weeks. She is the sweetest and loves everyone who loves her.
