Hi ya, we have a room for rent in our wonderful home located in Brookvale unfortunately our flatmates are moving on to bigger things and seeing the world The room is a 3x4 (12 sqm) it has a double mirrored wardrobe with drawers either side a ceiling fan and extra cupboards for storage.this room will be $440pw including bills,(no couples)The house has a relaxing vibe you would be living with a relaxed and easy going couple who both work full-time, and our easygoing housemate who also works full time We are located close to Warringah mall and the main transport hub for all buses. We are walking distance to manly, Balgowlah, Brookvale, Allambie. We unfortunately can't have anyone with pets as we have our own if interested please message me I look forward to having a chat with you you would also have an off street car space

😊Hi there you would be living with a relaxed and easy going couple and single male we all work full-time and are out and about most of the time so there would be times when you would have the house to yourself, when at home we like to cook meals in our wonderful kitchen, and have a few drinks to relax after a hard day. Our home is an older style house it is set back from the road across from Warringah mall which is quite handy when you forget an ingredient for dinner or just need to pop in to Coles or Woolies, it is very homely and comfortable. You would have access to a large shared fridge and your own shared cupboard space (We do have chickens but they are in their run although we do let them out to roam the yard . This is why we can't have anyone with pets we do smoke but not in the house outdoors only in our covered outdoor area in the colder months we do enjoy having a fire pit to sit around we are relaxed and chilled if you would like to know more please feel free to contact me, you would also have your own uncovered car spot there is an outdoor laundry with a washing machine and an outside toilet We look forward to meeting you 😊
