1 x room available is a double bedroom. I do have an 8 year old daughter. But we can be very respectful and keep quiet if the house is shared with a student. We mostly spend time in the lounge area or our bedroom. My daughter is away from friday to Sunday. I would Prefer uni students or working professionals who can maintain good hygiene and standards while being respectful to other housemates and paying rent on time.
