About occupants
We have a 5 bedroom home and will be renting out 3 rooms. Rooms are furnished with a single bed. study table and built in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms to share between 3 flatmates so it’s not crowded. The house is in a quiet area and it’s comfortable with nice views and a pool. It’s 2 minutes walk to the bus and 8 minutes drive to MacArthur Station, MacArthur Square , Campbelltown Hospital and WSU. Rooms will be available early July. Lease can be 6-12 months with 2 weeks bond and 1 week advance. We occupy 1 room and visit the house regularly to maintain the gardens and pool. We would like clean and respectful flatmates who enjoy peaceful and quiet living. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the perfect place.
