Building has two cafes on the bottom level, a QE Food Store, and the Alfred Hotel is a 1 minute walk. 22 minute walk to Broadway shopping centre. A street parking permit is available via City of Sydney application.
Short term tenant preferred but longer term applicants will also be considered.
