The property has air conditioning in the lounge room, a good sized balcony with your own personal balcony for the bedroom available. The lounge room is also spacious with a hall way separating the different areas of the apartment. I would say this apartment is pretty big for a 2 bedroom apartment and also from my knowledge of being a real estate agent. The location is close to all local amenities as mentioned.
-5-10 minute walk from Artarmon station.
-10 minute walk to Chatswood Westfield or train station.
-Bus stops close by to the street.
-Plenty of street parking, making it easy to park your car if you own a car.
-Close to coffee shops petrol stations and parks also not to mention a pub on the corner of our street but still such a quiet peaceful street. You couldn’t ask for anything better.
