Hi there, I'm Fehin (said like Ian with a Fee in front of it). I've recently moved up from Canberra and I'm looking for someone easygoing to share a bright, modern granny flat in Chatswood.
The bedroom is 3m x 2.6m with large built-in wardrobe storage. The second room is a shared study, good for working from home or as a creative space. There's a small backyard with room to hang out, plus a shared middle yard with the front neighbours, who have dogs. The flat is a short walk to shops and buses.
Rent is $300 a week with a $1,200 bond. The lease runs until the end of January with the option to renew through the agency for 12 months. Electricity and gas are split evenly on top of rent.
