2. The House: A three level brand new house with a granny flat at the back. Elevated position with less than five minutes walk to the local beach. Ground level is the garage which is not available. You will be sharing the house with three other persons, two on Level 2 and one on Level 1. Stunning front house facade entrance with water fountain and pond. Hot and cold outdoor shower, security camera and pin code access, unlimited high speed wifi is included. Shared grassed courtyard.
3. Expenses: utility bills and fast unlimited internet access are all included. However, assumption has been allowed for reasonable air-conditioning / heating usage only. Electricity usage will be reviewed and adjusted if excessive consumption occurs.
4. The Location: convenient location with express buses to the city at peak hour and normal buses to Central Station which run regularly. Also near by are buses to the airport and Randwick. Less than five minutes walk to popular local beach and the famous coastal walk to Bondi beach or Coogee beach. New outdoor gym and lots of parks.
