Two bedroom apartment shared with one female (50's) share bathroom. 5 min walk to Collaroy beach, shops, bars, cinema and B-line bus. 199 bus is 100 metres.
I work 4 days a week. Like art, cooking, good music.
Pretty quiet but like to go out occasionally have a dance, go for walks and the ocean pool.
Room has double bed, side table & lamp but no built-in unfortunately so will need clothes rack, drawers etc..
