Your room includes a brand new double bed with a gel hybrid mattress, designed for comfort and good sleep. It also includes a wardrobe. It is a space intended to feel calm, private and restful.

Two small dogs, Lima and Cuzco, are part of the home’s rhythm. They are sweet, affectionate and very loved. They stay in the house four days a week, so it’s important that you love dogs and feel comfortable sharing the space with them. They bring warmth and a lot of personality to the home.

One of the best parts of this home is its location. You are only a two minute walk to Collaroy Beach, making morning swims, sunset walks or a quick coffee by the ocean or Collaroy Rockpool part of everyday life.

My name is Marianella. I’m a 42 year old Peruvian Australian woman living in beautiful Collaroy. I run a design studio in Cromer on the Northern Beaches and split my time between creative work, my studio, and a couple of evening shifts during the week.
Home for me is a quiet, peaceful space. I enjoy reading, watching films, and spending time with my two little dogs, Lima and Cuzco, who are honestly my little universe. They stay with me about four days a week, so it’s very important that the person sharing the home truly likes dogs and can build a nice bond with them. Ideally, you would also feel comfortable keeping them company on Sundays when I work overnight. They are sweet, affectionate and very used to being part of the home.
I’m social and friendly, but I really value calm energy and personal space. This is not a party house. It’s more the kind of place where you come home, breathe, have a cup of tea, maybe read a book, and enjoy the sound of the ocean nearby.
