✅ The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, laundry, one bathroom, and a patio
✅ 3-minute walk to the bus stop; Revesby and Bankstown stations are nearby by bus
✅ Supermarkets nearby and easy to reach by bus
✅ $300 for one person (the only bill to pay is monthly electricity, split per person) or $400 for two people
✅ Bond is $700 to secure the room — fully refundable at the end of the contract
✅ Minimum stay: 3 months
✅ Open to all nationalities
