COOGEE BEACH LIVING (note-I'm away camping this weekend 6th-8th, expect delayed responses)

Room available from 3 Apr in modern spacious Coogee apartment. Big built ins and and extra storage cupboard too. Room shares 1.5 bathrooms with 1 other housemate.

Apartment is right on Coogee beach with public transport on the doorstep. Woolies, bars, gym, restaurants etc all within an easy 5 min walk.

Apartment has two large balconies, a large open plan living area, sharing with 2 friendly lads in their 30’s.

Looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate to fill the room long term. We keep it pretty quiet during the week and would be looking for someone the same.
