Cozy double room available in my lovely Coogee flat — just a 9-minute walk to the beach and super close to great cafes and shops. Also next door to the prestige Diggers gym.
The place has a bright, open living area, comfy couch setup, and a cute little balcony (connected to my room) with a BBQ for chill evenings. The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, and looks out onto a side garden — really peaceful.
You’d be sharing a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The vibe here is pretty relaxed and beachy — perfect if you love morning swims, coastal walks, or grabbing coffee at one of the local spots.
It’s in a quiet block with a great little communal garden and free street parking out front. Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and down to earth.
