I am looking for a flatmate (ideally female) for the second bedroom in my bright, cosy, and fully furnished apartment. Located on the top floor with no adjoining walls, the apartment is in a small, quiet, and very friendly building with a large, beautiful backyard.
The apartment is conveniently located near several bus stops for different routes and is less than a five-minute walk to the beach, shops, cafes, and everything Coogee has to offer. All day, unrestricted free parking outside the apartment and in the surrounding streets.
I’m looking to share my apartment with a friendly, clean and tidy (ideally female) flatmate who enjoys a chat but is also independent with their own life. Being respectful of each other's privacy is important.
Rental period can be up to 9-12 months, depending on availability.
Note - weekly rate/bond for a short-term (less than three months) rental may differ from the advertised rate based on the season and rental requirements. Available on request.
