Come, join us as our new flatmate in our bright Coogee beach house. We are in an upper duplex which is the size of a federation house. It has high decorative ceilings and a combination of carpet and timber floors and is a couple of blocks up from the beach, near Coogee Diggers
There are two bathrooms, so you will never struggle to grab a shower. You will mainly share the main bathroom with the bath, shower and vanity.
The laundry has a washer and dryer and we also have large drying racks. The kitchen has all the mod cons, coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a sandwich press, and heaps of pots and pans, plus a new gas stove and electric oven.
The rent is $400 and bills are $20 a week (so total $420 all up) The bills which are included are gas, electricity, water, and fast NBN internet.
We share cleaning tasks and taking out the rubbish. We are all very tidy and clean up as we go, our motto is to show care, be respectful of others and leave things how you would like to find them.
We are a short walk to shops and restaurants and conveniently placed on the 373 and 313/314 bus routes, one block from Coogee Bay Road. Coogee Diggers club which has a state of the art gym, swimming pool and sauna and the bar does $15 meals 4 nights a week.

Bills and expenses
Bills are included with the rent. This covers electricity, water, gas and fast wifi. We take turns to clean every two weeks and we expect each other to clean up after ourselves as we go.

Ideally, you will be well house trained, clean and responsible. We are not looking for a party animal. It is important that you are reliable with your obligations and paying the rent on time. In return, you get a nice, clean, sunny house full of plants with a sea breeze right by Coogee beach!
