I have a room available in my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Cremorne. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large kitchen, open plan living, internal laundry and balcony close to bus transport.
Queen sized bedroom with built ins and a north easterly aspect. Secure undercover parking is available for an additional $40 a week. Bills (electricity and internet) will be split 50/50.
1 month deposit and 2 weeks rent payable in advance.
