We have a vegetarian kitchen (fish is ok), none of the bad stuff (alcohol/tobacco/vapes etc) and we keep things as environmentally friendly as possible (eg recycling, not using synthetic fragrances in cleaning products).
This would be a great place for someone visiting the neighbourhood/on working holiday visa or a student and is looking for a calm, quiet space. Previous flatmates have been French, Turkish working holiday visa holders in their 20’s working part to full time and enjoying all Sydney has to offer.
Clear communication and respect are key. It’s a family home, not a share house so there is a high standard about cleanliness/keeping things tidy. No one wants any surprises from mould/cockroach or spider visits 😫
We’re usually up around 6 and asleep by 9 to give an idea of the home cadence. The house is too small to have visitors over, however there are plenty of other entertaining options including cafes, restaurants plus Mosman/Cremorne/Neutral Wharf all walking (if sometimes ambitious) walking distance.
