We have a vegetarian kitchen (fish is ok), no alcohol, no smoking or vapes, no drugs and keep things as environmentally friendly as possible (such as not using synthetic fragrances in cleaning products, which I’m super sensitive to).
A great flatmate is respectful, friendly, communicates and picks up after themselves - meaning you’ll do you part with cleaning.
This is not a party house and is small so clear communication and respect are key.
We’re usually up around 6 and asleep between 8-9 to give an idea of the home cadence. Sorry, visitors cannot be accommodated but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around
