We have a great modern 3 level townhouse in Cremorne. The house has a joint front courtyard and a private rear courtyard with outdoor dinning furniture & bbq. The downstairs has a fantastic new spacious kitchen, dining room, lounge area, laundry and guest powder room. The bedrooms and main bathroom are all located on the second and third floors.
We are in a fantastic location only a 1 minute walk from Woolworths, cafes, restaurants, bars, banks, shops, a movie theatre and the bus stop is at the end of the street on Military road. One stop and you're over the bridge and at Wynyard!

Hi I'm Jax, I'm from New Zealand and work locally. I work pretty long hours and travel fairly regularly so you might not see much of me at times. I love to travel even if it's just a random road trip! I am relaxed, clean & tidy but not a total 'neat freak'. Sadly I sometimes like to watch really bad/mindless tv shows to unwind at the end of the day but I have my own tv so can hide out in my room to do that!
I'm looking for someone relaxed, tidy, happy to occasionally share a glass of wine or dinner after work but not be offended if I need to hibernate in my room after a long day. I love to cook and enjoy having friends over for dinner occasionally so would prefer someone who would be okay with this. If I'm home and cooking (i'm a pretty good cook) I am happy to cook for housemates but as I work such long hours and usually a few late nights a week I mostly prefer to organise my own food.
You will also be sharing the house with my amazing housemate Vicky.
Vicky has lived here with me for the last 2.5 years, is from Germany but Australia has been her home for the last 6 years. She is in her early 30's and sooo easy to live with!
She also works locally and loves to share an occasional meal and glass of wine. She also makes fantastic coffee!
