Units: small block of three units. Huge spacious deck with lots of sunlight.
Bedroom: Second bedroom for grabs with heaps of storage. Comfortably fits a queen sized bed. The room comes either furnished, or unfurnished.
Bathroom: Own bathroom including toilet!
Location: Great location! Depending on what bus you catch you are 1-3 stops away from Wynyard (8 mins). Bus routes servicing North Sydney (12 mins), St Leonards (12-14 minutes), Chatswood, Manly and Northern Beaches Line - B1.
Parking: 1x secure parking bay is available if required.
If you love walking… its walking distance to North Sydney, St Leonards and Crows Nest. Lots of great walking tracks nearby too! You can also walk to Balmoral Beach in just over 30 minutes!

Ive been living in Sydney for just over 8 years! Love it here, and now call it home! Originally from NZ, but grew up in Perth.
I have always considered my flatmates as extended friends! Love to share a wine or meal during the week. That being said, I’m pretty in tune so can pick up when people need their space.
Weekdays are pretty low key. Work, gym, Home cooked meals and usually early (ish!) nights.
Weekends are pretty chilled these days! Love the beach, checking out new spots (coffee, food or bars!) long lunches and the occasional big night out! (I’m super considerate and would never come home yahoo’ing in the middle of the night though!)
Im clean, tidy and organised by nature and I would expect my new flatmate to be the same. I take great pride in the space and would love for my new housemate to contribute towards cleaning of their own spaces, and the communal spaces.
