Female Flatmates need only apply.
Myself and two teenage daughters share our ( smoke free ) lovely home in Cromer. 50% of the time they (the teenagers and our staffy x lab) live away.
1 large room with walk-through wardrobe (storage on both sides) and ensuite.
We strive to ensure our flatmates feel at home here and not just feel as they are renting a room.
The girls like to have friends over on the weekends at times. So the house will be busy one moment and you can hear a pin drop the next. It’s the latter most of the time. We look directly out to trees and the ocean and it’s very peaceful with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
Please note: as there are children here the tenant is the only person allowed to exit /enter the property as their safety is paramount.
The room is furnished.

My girls enjoy having friends over on the weekends, but respect others in the home.
I enjoy reading over tv, am managing to keep two plants alive and like my gardens and pool to look clean, neat and tidy.
If you enjoy a peaceful household without drama and lots of living areas our house has it all. We are a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.
