It is in a convenient up-market gorgeous location close to all transport and just a short walk down to Sydney Harbour or to get to anywhere in the Eastern suburbs. What’s great about living here is the location. Easy to get to any of the universities with a quick walk to Edgecliff station, or you can take the bus outside on the corner, super quick. If you like being by the water the CYC Yacht Club is an easy walk to Rushcutters Bay Park. The Darling Point ferry is down the road and a bus is across the street if you don't want to walk to the station. Suit someone looking for a large room in a tranquil location...and of course, you would have to love dogs because I have a beautiful little toy Cavoodle called Romeo!
