hi I'm Maxime,French but Australian citizen since 2015. I'm sales representative,traveling all around NSW/ACT , so I can be away for few days sometimes a full week.

I rarely cook,but if I cook I keep the kitchen clean so you can feel comfortable to use it.
During the week, I'll be asleep by 10pm and wake up at 5am.
On weekend I would go out, catch up with friends or just chill enjoying the sun on the balcony with a book.
This is not a party apartment but having predrinks or dinners with friends is a normal social thing to do on weekend nights sometimes.

Compatible people
keep the kitchen clean (bench top, sink,microwave,gas) ,aware to not make noise late in the evening on the weekdays. From previous experience it is the only things that I would ask from a flatmate.
