My roommate and I are moving out to a new place after living in the same student accommodation for over a year. We’re excited for a change! 🙂
We’re both looking for someone to take over our lease at Scape University of Sydney, a shared room in a shared apartment.

The price on the website is $539/week per person, but you'll get a discounted price of $439 per week per person since you'll be taking over our lease!

IMPORTANT: contracts are separate, each person would have their own contract! So you can move in by yourself or with a friend/family 😌

PRICE: $439 per week

ABOUT ROOM:
A twin ensuite room in a 6 Bed Apartment. This larger room is double occupancy with two beds. Each furnished room has its own private ensuite bathroom, unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The large kitchen, dining room and spacious lounge are made for socialising.
