About the occupants
Hi, I'm James. I'm a 45yr old professional working in the trades. Very much a people person who loves good conversation but I enjoy my own company & respectful of those who feel the same way. Love reading (mostly philosophy, psychology, sociology based stuff) & listening to podcasts, cooking, creating (I always have little projects going on - eg. developing recipes or the garden), music & interesting people with whom to converse.

I'm up pretty early & work 5-6 days a week which means I hit the hay usually round 8 or 9pm. Not a big party guy as I got most of that out of my system in my previous years as a DJ / promoter & pub manager. These days I like to enjoy my days achieving personally, spending time with my dogs & rest of an evening, keeping life simple & relaxed.
Compatible people
Here's to having a great home to live in... a home to come back to and not just a place to sleep... ideally you are someone who has plenty of your own interests but is equally up for conversation and catching up for a dinner or drink occasionally. I'm not so much into rules and regs but definitely need a housemate to approach things respectfully and with some common sense, keeping common areas clean & organised. So with that out of the way feel free to come on in and live your best life!
Description of pets
Jackie Boy is my very treasured 9yr old Jack Russell. He loves his daily walks & is super affectionate & engaging once he's made friends. He's a bit of an introvert, like myself. He's also very good at first aid :)

There is also a small fish tank in the living area which provides a calming atmosphere.
