Room available in airy and light filled apartment :)

Available from beginning of April to end of June, roughly 3 months

The apartment is a two bedder in a cute and well located area. There is a shared living/kitchen area which is very spacious and receives lots of light this includes a shared, plant filled balcony with views to the city.

The room is modest and receives lots of light. It includes a built in wardrobe which will be cleared for the subletter, both sides, except for the very top shelf. Any of the furniture can be removed prior to arrival if desired. There is a single bed, a bedside table, a desk, and a chair in the room currently.

The room also comes with a ceiling fan controlled via remote and two sets of blinds for the window, a diffuse light and a blackout. The room has it's own bathroom which receives a generous amount of light and is a joy to shower in.

The flat is located just 1 min walk to Redfern station which would gives quick access to the city and just a train ride for most of Sydney. It's also a very short walk to USYD.

Also if you enjoy food markets, we are only 5 min away from Carrigeworks! Plus just a 15min walk from Newtown.

Veggie household, Vegetarians preferred but not a deal breaker. Meat eaters can be accommodated
