Looking for someone to take over my cheap fully furnished Darlington house from 25 August.

Rent:
• $1029 a month, due on the 4th of each month (approx. $240 a week)
• $343 upfront to cover period between 25 August – 3 September (However I am open to start earlier or later)
• Bond: $910
• Rent also covers wi-fi and a cleaner that comes twice a month

Lease renews in November and we would ideally expect the person to sign on for the next 12 months (until November 2026). Preference for someone who is not WFH and working part-time or full time.

THE ROOM AND HOUSE:
• Fully furnished - Please let me know if you want to purchase it or not in your message: Selling queen mattress ($400), bed base ($200), Wardrobe ($100), Bedside Table ($20), Mirror ($30), Lamp ($5), Pillows ($15)
• Washing machine, dryer, outdoor courtyard, and shared bathroom

• Right next to Redfern Station
• 15 min walk to Broadway Shopping Centre
• 20 min walk to the heart of Newtown

Housemates:
You’ll be living with friendly housemates in our 20s and 30s – we like a chat but respect alone time too. Looking for someone who’s tidy, a good communicator, and easygoing. LGBTIQA+ & 420 friendly. Sorry, no couples or pets.
