You will be living with 2 tenants, myself, male 32, working in finance, easy going and social, I like football ⚽️, travel, outdoor adventures, movies and reading. And Gabby, female 24, from Peru, works as a barista, friendly and chilled, likes exploring Sydney and food. We both are very social and do hang out but do often do our own thing as well.

Apartment is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with a long hallway separating each room.

The living room has great entertainment with a recliner lounge and a projector (Xbox with all streaming apps).

The perfect housemate would be clean, considerate and respectful of personal space.
