Description of the home
I live in a lovely 3br semi in Drummoyne, between Drummoyne Bay (1 min walk) and the Bay Run (10-15 min walk). Buses are a 5 minute walk away, supermarket 15 minute walk (but also on bus route) and cafes at the end of the street. There is an undercover back deck, and a small yard with a jasmine-covered shed, and we have wonderful neighbours all around us.

About occupants
I am Kristy, a 45yo mum of two small kids, 5 and 6 years old. They go to the local school and are confident affectionate kids. My life mainly revolves around the kids. I work part time, and dog sit, so we have lots of regular dogs, all fluff-balls, that come during the days, and during school holidays we have some stay for up to a few weeks. The kids spend 9 nights a fortnight with me, and 5 nights a fortnight with their dad, so there will be some kid free days. My hands are pretty full, so I tend to crash in front of the TV at the end of each day, and head to bed about 10pm. Up at 6:30ish with or without kids, and mostly work from home. We are quite a routine family and have had some really lovely International students stay with us who have fit into the routines beautifully, but as the student stays are starting to become inconsistent and as short as two weeks, I thought I would see if there is someone who could stay a little longer.
Compatible people
Someone who likes kids and dogs! Someone who is kind and understanding, clean and tidy, and can handle a little extra noise when the kids are around. The students who have been the best fit have been Japanese and Korean students who are studying and/or working, and have loved the littles in our home. I can't have someone living here who hosts parties or has boyfriends/girlfriends coming and going - happy to meet friends, but it's not a party house due to having my kids here.
Description of pets
With my dog sitting, I have a Groodle who is with me 5 days a week, and a few smaller dogs (cavoodles and a cocker spaniel) who are here a few days a week. They have become part of our family and we love them like our own.
