Description of the home

Hi! I’m Alex – a 45 year old full time professional working as an environmental consultant. My housemates are moving out so I’m looking for a housemate to share a lovely, spacious, light filled rental house in Drummoyne that my two cats and I live in. I’m pretty chilled and like home to be a relaxing space to come home to (so not a party house, apart from occasional things like friends over to hang out, dinner parties etc).

Ideally you will be full time employed too, and also looking for a peaceful place to call home.

Features of the home we would be sharing include:
- Fully furnished 3 bedroom house (my room, the room for rent and a third room being used a study. The study has a bed in it so can be used for visiting guests)
- Tree lined street in a lovely community
- The room being rented out has lots of storage (built in robes)
- Updated kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher
- Updated bathroom bathtub with separate toilet, separate laundry
- Outdoor courtyard
- Ducted heating/cooling and ceiling fans
- Carport (for parking) and garage (extra storage)
- 3 minute walk to the bus stop
- Walking distance to shops and restaurants (including Harris Farm, IGA, Chargrill Charlie’s, some great cafes)
- Power and internet bills to be split 50/50. Gas and water are included in the rent.
- TV with chromecaster and Netflix
