Hey! Our flatmate has bought his own place so we have one room available in this beautiful home. It is large enough for a bed + desk with plenty of space left over, huge window, massive built in wardrobe. Lots of natural light when the blinds are up.
The room is HUGE as is the whole house - there's honestly way too much space. Lovely old (Victorian?) house, looks out over the bay and there is zero traffic noise despite being so conveniently located near Victoria Road. Less than 5min walk to bus stop, 15min to city centre by car, 20 by bus. Has a garden and is right on the bay if you enjoy walking or running or just relaxing by the water.
No couples, no vaping or smoking of any kind.
