The property has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and a bath room upstairs, where I reside, and the other/ bedrooms and bathroom with bath tub at the other end of the house, which provides privacy for each flatmate.

I'm offering two large bedrooms, one with French doors that open out to a beautiful private balcony area. The new flatmate can choose to use the second room as their own private lounge area, a yoga/gym room (which is what my current flatmate it for or a storage area). The price for two bedrooms will be $650 per week.
