- It's only 4 minutes walk to the light rail, about 15 minutes to the train, and about 10 minutes to buses.
- Garage car space and storage is shared with the other tenant. Plenty of street parking available. Exclusive use of the garage space can be arranged for an additional $15 per week.
- 10 minute walk to local IGA supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, etc. Ashfield mall and Marrickville are also easily accessible by bus.
