Sublet in Dulwich Hill!
$320 p/w including bills, available from now until early July.
Hi, we are Amelia and Lauren, and are looking for someone to stay in our third bedroom until early July!
The room itself comfortably fits a double bed and wardrobe, and has a nice window for the gorgeous dully sunsets. You'll be sharing a large bathroom with one other girl, which has a shower and bathtub so you can take your pick.
Our flat is a very spacious top floor unit on a quiet street, about a 10 minute walk from the Dulwich hill shops. We are really close to both light rail and buses going to the city, USYD/UTS, and also in the other direction to Sydenham metro, Ashfield, Burwood.
Other nice stuff includes in unit laundry, under cover parking if you drive, pet friendly, and a bonus cloak/storage room if you have big stuff to keep. Also the recent addition of our tv so big it doesn't fit on our tv console lol

We're pretty chill as housemates, we enjoy each others company but also like to just do our own thing at home.
We enjoy crafty things, puzzles (see photos), and making tea together. Very exciting household!
