Hi there! We have a room for rent long term available from 16 April at our dreamy Inner West home in lush Dulwich Hill.

The house is a large lovely two story spacious family home. Multiple living spaces, two bathrooms, one with a tub, a record room, a large lounge room with projector for movie nights, and an open plan kitchen and dining area. We also have solar panels, storage areas and a private lodge style lounge room upstairs with a balcony giving a panoramic view of the Cooks River valley.

The garden is a tropical paradise with an open courtyard and leafy nooks to hang out in over lazy afternoons. Featuring citrus trees, a veggie patch in the works, filled with birds and frogs, and plenty of room for green thumb projects.

We are located right on Cooks River, with lots of gorgeous trails and parkland in a quiet leafy part of Dulwich Hill, with transport a 5 minute walk to the light rail and T3 train line.

The residents, 3 queer friendly ladies in their 30/40s and an enormous dumpling dog called Bella. We all work full time and like to keep a fun, happy and communicative home. We’re chilled and love all the regular house mate stuff, sharing meals and wine, listening to records, watching movies. Bella is a darling and mostly likes to sleep and cuddle.

The room: $305p/w 4.5 x 2.7m. Located on the ground floor with lots of natural light, polished floorboards and walls of shelving.

Bond is 4 weeks rent. Bills are split evenly. Electricity is billed monthly and usage tracked digitally which takes into account our solar panels.
