I own a very modern house....fully furnished, 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen, surround sound in living area, air conditioning, Foxtel, fully landscaped yard, great entertaining area out the back with BBQ. The house was actually a show home prior to me buying it
I live with one male flatmate who is extremely clean and quiet like myself…..oh, and also my cat, who actually is the boss of the house if you ask her lol.
The spare bedroom that is available is ready to go.....it has a built in wardrobe, you just need to bring your own bed and clothes really.
Located at Eagle Vale.....there is a bus basically at front door, shopping Centre (Eagle Vale Marketplace) just up the road, and a 5 minute drive to Macarthur Square.
