Description of the home
Firstly I have reptiles/amphibians. A bedroom full of enclosures etc.
(nothing dangerous). But just a heads up.
For train station - Tempe station is roughly about a 10/15 min walk or 3 min drive from the unit.
Just across the road there’s a nice walking track, some basketball courts, parks. Also a new cafe just opened. Lots of other ovals & walking tracks local to here as well.
The unit is “ground floor” but still up on the cliff. so pretty elevated still off the street but also private.
Good neighbours too & shops aren’t exactly walking distance but not too far to earlwood or Marrickville shops
